Job summary

Razer Inc. is seeking a senior treasury leader to oversee liquidity, payment gateway, remittance and settlement operations across the group.

The role ensures ample liquidity to support transaction volumes, manages banking partnerships and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You will lead liquidity forecasting, optimize cash use, and drive treasury transformation and automation with cross-functional teams including Product, Finance and Compliance to scale treasury capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics is required.
• 10+ years of treasury experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in Fintech is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Treasury & liquidity management across payment gateway, remittance and settlement operations.
• Oversee funding requirements to support transaction processing and merchant settlements.
• Manage banking and partner relationships; monitor KYC and onboarding with financial institutions.
• Manage foreign exchange exposures and currency risk across cross-border payments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with AML and treasury-related regulations.
• Drive treasury transformation and automation to improve settlement efficiency and cash forecasting.

Job Responsibilities

The Role is responsible for compliance, governance, overseeing liquidity and treasury operations across the Group's payment gateway, digital payments, and remittance businesses. The Role will ensure sufficient liquidity to support transaction volumes, optimize cash utilization, manage banking and partner relationships, and maintain regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Treasury & Liquidity Management
  Support and oversee daily liquidity management across payment gateway, remittance, and settlement operations.
  Support and oversee funding requirements to support transaction processing and merchant settlements.
  Monitor cash positions across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
  Optimize working capital and cash utilization while ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
  Develop and execute liquidity forecasting models based on transaction volumes and business growth.
• Payment & Settlement Operations
  Support and oversee treasury activities related to card schemes, payment processors, banks and merchants.
  Ensure timely settlement of merchant, partner, and customer obligations.
  Monitor settlement risks and implement controls to minimize operational and liquidity exposure.
  Establish treasury processes in a daily payment environment.
• Banking & Partner Relationship Management
  Lead relationships with global and regional banking partners.
  Negotiate banking facilities, safeguarding accounts, settlement structures, and liquidity solutions.
  Support expansion into new markets by establishing banking infrastructure and payment rails.
  Manage KYC, onboarding, and ongoing compliance requirements with financial institutions.
• Foreign Exchange & Risk Management
  Manage foreign exchange exposures arising from cross-border payments and remittance activities.
  Develop strategies to mitigate currency risks.
  Monitor country, counterparty, and liquidity risks across treasury operations.
  Establish risk limits and reporting mechanisms.
• Regulatory & Compliance
  Ensure compliance with payment services, remittance, safeguarding, AML, and treasury-related regulations.
  Support regulatory audits and reporting requirements.
  Maintain strong governance, controls, and treasury policies.
• Treasury Transformation & Automation
  Drive treasury automation initiative and cash visibility solutions.
  Identify opportunities to improve settlement efficiency, cash forecasting, and reconciliation processes.
  Collaborate with Product, Finance, Operations, and Compliance teams to scale treasury capabilities.
