Job summary

IJM Corporation Berhad seeks a Senior Manager of Organization Development to design and drive the organization effectiveness strategy, aligning corporate structure and talent with business goals.

Reporting to the CHRO and partnering with the leadership team, you will lead organizational development, HR transformations, strategic workforce planning and change initiatives across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Management or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of HR and organizational development experience.
• At least 5+ years in management consulting, OD or HR transformation.
• Demonstrated track record advising executive leadership on organizational design and development.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize organizational structures to enhance agility, speed of execution, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct span‑of‑control, organizational layering, and role‑clarity assessments to eliminate redundancies.
• Formulate organization design principles, decision governance, and operating model frameworks.
• Establish OD dashboards and analytics to evaluate structural effectiveness, workforce productivity, and costs.
• Evaluate strategic workforce requirements, talent risks, and capability gaps, and provide recommendations.
