Micron Technology is hiring a Storage Technology & Product Group (STPG) Senior Manager to lead NAND component reliability testing and strategy. You will guide a team of engineers, define stress tests and qualification plans, and partner with Design, R&D, Fab and Quality to meet product milestones.

You will drive data-driven decisions, investigate failures with EFA/PFA, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely qualification and leadership in memory solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years NAND reliability or product development experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of NAND device operation and semiconductor processing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop and mentor a team of reliability engineers.
• Define reliability stress, test flows and test plans for product reliability aspects.
• Manage project schedule to meet aggressive timelines and coordinate with reliability operations.
• Analyze large reliability data sets and present findings to cross-functional teams.
• Identify root causes via EFA/PFA and drive cross-functional resolution.
• Work with Global Quality to define qualification plans and gating issue resolution.
