Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a reliability engineer to develop stress and testing approaches for NAND products, build and maintain reliability test programs, and collaborate with product reliability engineers to define test flows.

You will support operations to ensure flawless execution of test flows on live products and provide test program support for failure validation and characterization, including contributions to burn-in board build and software development.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering with emphasis on microelectronics or related field.
Hands-on experience with Automated Test Equipment for reliability testing.
Knowledge of NAND flash memory reliability failure mechanisms and testing methodologies.
Experience with AI tools to improve test program development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop reliability stress and testing approaches for NAND products.
Build and maintain NAND product reliability and characterization test programs.
Collaborate with product reliability engineers to define reliability test flows.
Support the operations team to ensure flawless execution of test flows on live products.
Provide test program support for failure validation and characterization.
Contribute to burn-in board build and software development.
