Job summary

Micron Technology, a global leader in memory and storage solutions, is seeking a Reliability Test Program Engineer in Penang. The role focuses on designing, developing and maintaining NAND reliability test programs, collaborating with Product Quality and Operations teams to ensure reliability throughout NPI.

You will develop stress tests, validate failure modes, and support burn-in board design and software.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering; microelectronics/electrical/computer engineering preferred.
• Strong understanding of Automated Test Equipment for reliability testing.
• Hands-on experience with C++/Python and OOP.
• Knowledge of NAND flash memory reliability and test methodologies.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve test program development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop reliability stress and testing methodology for NAND products.
• Develop and maintain NAND product reliability and characterization test programs.
• Define reliability test flows with product reliability engineers.
• Support operation teams to run test flows on testers with live products.
• Provide test-program support for failure validation and characterization.
• Contribute to burn-in board design and software development.
