Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Storage Technology & Product Group Senior Manager in NAND Component Reliability to lead a team of reliability engineers and drive reliable product qualification.

You will work with NAND design, R&D, Fab and Quality teams to define stress tests and plans, analyze large data sets, and ensure on-time product qualification while advancing Micron's technology leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years in NAND Reliability or Product Development.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of reliability engineers.
• Define stress, test flows and plans for product reliability.
• Manage project schedule to meet aggressive timelines.
• Coordinate with NAND Reliability Architecture, TD/Media, and QA teams.
