Job summary

Express Rail Link Sdn Bhd is seeking a commercially driven Senior Manager, Marketing to lead marketing initiatives that strengthen ridership, market share and brand growth.

You will develop integrated marketing and brand strategies, drive campaigns and commercial initiatives, lead B2C and digital marketing, and identify new products and services to boost revenue and competitiveness. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience including leadership experience.
• Strong track record in strategic marketing, communications, digital marketing and brand management.

Strengthen brand positioning through PR, events, sponsorships and integrated communications.

Proven experience in crisis management and crisis communications will be an advantage.

Lead, develop and motivate the marketing team.

Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the CEO.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.

10+ years of relevant experience, including leadership experience.

Strong track record in strategic marketing, communications, digital marketing and brand management.

Strong commercial, leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Creative, analytical, results-oriented and commercially driven.
