Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a Senior Manager of Integrity to lead the Group Integrity Management System, anti-bribery and anti-corruption programme, and governance across the Group. This role requires strategic oversight, policy stewardship and independent challenge to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• CeIO certification is an added advantage.
• Experience in governance, compliance and risk in financial services preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation and enhancement of the Group Integrity Management System and ABC Programme across all Group entities.
• Develop and execute the Group Integrity Strategy, annual programme roadmap and implementation plan.
• Custodian of the Group Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Framework and related policies, standards, procedures, guidelines and governance documents.
• Establish governance structures, roles, responsibilities and escalation mechanisms for integrity requirements.
• Provide strategic advice and independent challenge on bribery, corruption, ethics and integrity matters to Senior Management and business units.
• Assess maturity and effectiveness of the Integrity Programme and recommend enhancements.
• Establish and maintain third-party integrity governance and due diligence processes.
