Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd is seeking an Associate Manager, Integrity to lead the governance and integrity program across the Group in Kuala Lumpur. You will implement the Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption framework, coordinate risk assessments and manage third-party due diligence, with a focus on robust governance and ethical conduct.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive action items to closure in a regulated fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant discipline such as Law, Banking, Finance, Business, Risk Management or Governance.
• Experience in governance frameworks, internal controls and compliance risk management is essential.
• CeIO certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement and govern the Group Integrity Management System and ABC programme across all entities.
• Coordinate corruption risk assessments and maintain risk registers with mitigations.
• Lead due diligence on third parties and support integrity investigations as needed.
• Monitor, report and improve integrity KPIs, dashboards and governance records.
• Develop and deliver group-wide ABC training and awareness programmes.
• Support audit, regulatory reviews and governance reporting timelines.
