Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Law, Governance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• CeIO or CCEP certifications preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in integrity, governance, compliance, or risk management.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing governance or compliance initiatives.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and company-wide governance or integrity strategies.
• Experience with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) software/tools is a plus.
• Strong report-writing skills for presenting findings to Senior Leadership and Board.
• Deep understanding of governance, integrity, and compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Experience conducting verifications, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Proven ability to design and monitor governance and integrity frameworks aligned with goals.
• High discretion handling sensitive information or integrity-related complaints.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrity strategies and programs across the company.
• Oversee governance structure and ensure policy implementation across departments.
• Design and maintain an integrated governance and integrity framework.
• Lead handling of integrity-related complaints, verifications, and investigations.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on integrity and governance for leadership and Board.
• Coordinate cross-department integration of governance initiatives.
• Represent Director in external governance engagements with MACC when needed.
• Assist in policy development and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead the Integrity & Governance team and develop internal capabilities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align governance with business objectives.
• Oversee adherence to the Discretionary Authority Limit (DAL).
