Job summary

You will drive AP, AR, revenue recognition, staff claims, fixed assets, and internal controls, while leading cross-functional change with HR, IT, and procurement in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable finance processes in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end process design and internal controls.
• Proven track record of ERP optimization and change management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Operations Transformation (Core Focus): standardise processes, design workflows, automate ERP where possible, govern across markets.
• Oversee Accounts Payable: manage invoice processing, approvals, payments, and aging controls.
• Oversee Revenue & Accounts Receivable: standardise revenue recognition, billing milestones, collections, and credit controls.
• Oversee Staff Claims: govern employee claim policies and automated approvals.
• Oversee Fixed Assets: manage lifecycle, depreciation, impairment, and asset verification.
• Develop SOPs, governance frameworks, and dashboards for performance tracking.
• Drive cross-functional change management with HR, Procurement, IT, and Commercial teams.

Randstad is proud to announce our collaboration with industry in the FSSC transformation program. We are currently looking for Senior Manager, Finance & Accounting to oversee & lead the team.

Job Description

• Finance Operations Transformation (Core Focus):
  • Lead standardisation, process design, ERP automation, and governance across all operating markets to ensure operational scalability.
• Accounts Payable (AP):
  • Govern invoice processing, approval workflows, payment runs, duplicate payment controls, and AP aging/accrual accuracy.
• Revenue & Accounts Receivable (AR):
  • Operationalise standardized revenue recognition, billing milestones, collections, dispute management, and credit control frameworks.
• Staff Claims:
  • Implement and govern employee claim policies, automated approval workflows, duplicate detection controls, and policy compliance.
• Fixed Assets:
  • Oversee the full asset lifecycle (capitalization, depreciation, impairment, disposals) and lead physical asset verification exercises.
• Governance & Internal Controls:
  • Develop SOPs, design control frameworks, maintain audit readiness, and build operational dashboards for performance tracking.
• Change Leadership:
  • Drive cross-functional change management with HR, Procurement, IT, and Commercial teams to enforce process adoption.

It'll Be Good If You Are:

• Finance Operations, Shared Services (SSO/GBS), Finance Transformation, Process Excellence, or Controllership.
• Experience: Proven track record in building, scaling, and automating finance processes in a multinational environment.
• Core Competencies: End-to-end process design, ERP optimization, internal control implementation, and cross-functional change management.
