Job summary

JurisTech is seeking a finance leader to run our finance team and partner with the CFO. You’ll bridge the squad leads and the executive team, shaping how finance shows up across the business and helping it scale.

You’ll oversee reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and tax, drive automation, and build a robust control environment. A qualified accountant with MFRS knowledge and a track record in fast-growth contexts will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in finance leadership or financial management, preferably in high-growth environments.
• Qualified accountant with strong working knowledge of local standards (MFRS) and financial controls.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to engage with commercial, technical, and board audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance, ensure accurate reporting, consolidation, and annual audit readiness.
• Oversee finance operations, working with Head of Operations to keep the engine running smoothly.
• Drive Revenue Operations, billing, collections, and revenue integrity.
• Lead FP&A: budgets, forecasts, and variance storytelling.
• Manage treasury, tax and cash with advisers; collaborate on planning with senior leadership.
• Develop corporate planning and strengthen reporting to guide growth and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with BU leads on targets, billing, numbers, and customer success metrics.
• Identify manual processes and design automation to improve controls and efficiency.
• Set cadence with the C-suite and Board; align the squad leads into one high-performing team.

Job description

We're hiring a leader to run our finance team and grow the function alongside the CFO — not to just keep finance running, but to build what this company needs as it scales. You'll report directly to the CFO, work closely together day to day, and shape how finance shows up across the business.

You won't be starting from scratch. We already have strong squad leads who know their craft. What they need is a leader who sits between them and the CFO — someone who brings them together, challenges them, and grows the function. Finance here sits at the table, not behind it. If you enjoy growing a business and working directly with the people who make it run, this role is for you.

Financial Reporting: management and statutory reporting, group consolidation, and the annual audit — timely, clean, and decision-ready

Finance Operations: leading this together with your Head of Operations, keeping the engine running clean and efficient

Revenue Operations (RevOps): billing, collections, and revenue integrity

Financial Planning & Analysis: budgets, forecasts, and the story behind the variance

Treasury, Tax and Cash: banking relationships, cash flow management, and tax compliance alongside our advisers

Corporate Planning: strengthening the reporting and planning that guides the company's growth agenda and stakeholder engagement

Business Partnering: working alongside BU leads on targets, billing, numbers, and customer success metrics — and helping them hit them

Process and Automation: much of finance is still manual today, so you'll identify the drag and design it out

Leadership and Cadence: bringing the squad leads together as one team, setting the rhythm and controls a fast-growing company needs, and working directly with the C-suite and Board

What Success Looks Like in Your First 6–12 Months

You've earned the trust of the squad leads, and they're running as one team under your leadership

You're in a real business partnering rhythm with the BU leads, tied to their targets, billing, and customer success numbers

You've tightened how finance runs day to day, from month-end close to reporting cadence

You've mapped where finance is still manual and started designing the automation and controls to fix it

What We're Looking For

8–10 years in finance leadership or financial management, ideally in a fast-moving, high-growth environment; external audit exposure is a plus

A qualified accountant (ACCA / CPA / CA / or equivalent) with a strong working knowledge of MFRS

Strong ownership — you run toward problems and close them

A genuinely personable communicator who holds their own with commercial, technical, and board audiences alike

A real passion for technology, AI, process improvement, and automation

Comfortable building in ambiguity and moving at pace
