Job summary

bolttech is a global insur-tech company building a technology-enabled ecosystem for protection and insurance. The role focuses on maintaining carrier partnerships, expanding APAC market opportunities, and delivering commercial success through cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead negotiations, develop business cases, and supervise carrier onboarding while ensuring governance and compliance across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance or related fields.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements with insurers or reinsurers.
• Strong understanding of insurance distribution channels (APAC).
• Ability to develop business cases and P&L projections for decision making.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain carrier partnership opportunities across APAC markets.
• Collaborate with carriers to develop products for distribution channels.
• Negotiate commercial structures with insurers and reinsurers.
• Represent underwriting risk preferences to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Legal, Product, Underwriting and Distribution teams.
• Prepare projected P&L statements for carrier partners.
• Track carrier onboarding and project launch checklists.
• Maintain project and carrier documentation for governance.
