Job summary

Genting Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Senior Executive for Tenancy Fit Out at Genting Highlands. The role requires coordinating mall fit-out projects, liaising with tenants, contractors and landlords, and reviewing architectural and MEP submissions for compliance.

You will manage design through to store opening, ensuring safety and timely handovers. The candidate should have 2–3 years experience in mall fit-out or interior design consultancy and be proficient in AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate with tenants, contractors, and landlords.
• Understanding of safety regulations and site practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between tenants, contractors and landlord.
• Conduct site briefings and joint walks to review conditions and standards.
• Review drawings and MEP submissions for compliance before approval.
• Coordinate fit-out from design submission to store opening.
• Ensure safety, OSH compliance, and timely closures.
• Support pre-opening inspections and handover processes.
