Job summary

Senior Executive - Tenancy Fit Out# Careers## Senior Executive - Tenancy Fit OutApply: Genting Highlands: Full time: Posted Today: JR64**Company:**RWB Genting Malaysia Berhad**Opportunities are endless and there's always something new to explore and learn with every step of your journey at Genting Group****EXECUTIVE FITOUT SCOPE*** Act as the main liaison between tenants, contractors, consultants, and the landlord.* Conduct briefings and joint site walks with tenants and contractors to review site conditions, landlord standards, fit-out rules and compliance, technical requiements, safety guidelines, and authority requirements.* Review, evaluate, and provide recommendations including improvements on tenant concept and architectural drawings, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) submissions, and material specifications prior to obtaining Fit-Out Manager final approval.* Coordinate and monitor the entire fit-out process, from design submission and approvals to construction, completion and until store opening.* Liaise with engineering and utilities departments for activation of temporary and permanent utility supplies.* Proactively resolve site issues through coordination with tenants, contractors, and related departments.* Ensure tenants and contractors comply with OSH and safety requirements at all times.* Carry out pre-opening inspection (POI) to ensure readiness before store openings. 9 Verify the removal of M&E services, proper closure of utilities, and restoration of finishes upon project completion or tenant exit.* Monitor high-risk activities such as hot work and lifting operations, etc.* Oversee the handover of vacant units, whether in white box or bare shell condition, to tenants.* Ensure tenant lots are in good condition and equipped with provisions such as meters, isolators, exhaust/fresh air systems, and drainage points prior to handover.* Implement and enforce mall safety regulations, including emergency procedures, fire safety measures, and access control protocols.* Conduct regular site walks and inspections to monitor construction progress, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and maintain quality standards, including comply with approved drawings and M&E requirements.* To issue warnings/notices (including penalties), and provide recommendations and corrective measures.* Monitor reinstatement works to ensure compliance with tenancy agreements.* Facilitate cross-department coordination with leasing, operations, engineering, finance, safety, security, and other relevant teams.* Ensure timely escalation of critical issues to management, providing comprehensive analysis and well-considered recommendations for resolution.* Attend to ad-hoc requests from management* Support the Fit-Out Manager in departmental improvements, mentor and collaborate with Fit-Out Executives to ensure successful project completion. **Job Requirement:*** Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in Mall Fit out, Interior Design Consultant, Building Management* Able to operate AutoCad* Understand Building M&E services
