Qualifications

• Min 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work under pressure, multi-tasking, fast learner to carry out the scope of the work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as calibration, setup, initialisation, and machine conversion in specific areas.
• Perform PM (Preventive Maintenance) & 6S activities.
• Familiarize and complete process checklists and MBO/MIB, EMS safety checks.
• Repair major equipment faults and verify functionality of modules.
• Drive OEE activities plant wide and monitor machine uptime.
• Upgrade and redesign equipment to reduce downtime and improve throughput.
• Define equipment strategies to support future technologies and product transfers.
• Lead and participate in training programs to raise technical proficiency.
