Job summary

Lumileds International in Penang (Bayan Lepas) is seeking a Maintenance Technician I or II for the Reliability Lab. You will support PM, calibration, and monitoring of chamber performance, ensuring MTBF/MTBA metrics stay optimal while following safety procedures.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in engineering-related maintenance, good English/Malay, basic MS Office skills, and be able to coordinate with vendors and engineers.

• Verbal and written communication in English and Malay.
• Good attendance/attitude; self-manage and communicate with vendor or customer.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Biweekly Safety Briefings.
• Support Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Calibration Activities.
• Facilitate Lab Equipment Performance.
• Manage Spare Parts and Vendor Coordination.
• Support Quarterly Finance Asset Cycle Count.
• Prepare and compile Operation Data.
• Assist with ESD Equipment Checks.
• Prepare Troubleshooting Procedures & Perform Minor Repairs.
