Job summary

Farben Information Technology seeks a senior, hands-on leader to own the full SDLC for SG and MY Magento-based e‑commerce applications. You will collaborate with business, product, and banner teams, guide internal and vendor engineers, and provide technical authority on Magento GraphQL architecture and integrations.

The role requires 7–10 years of e-commerce delivery experience, strong GraphQL and headless architecture skills, and proven leadership in enterprise implementations across Singapore

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive hands-on experience in e-commerce development/delivery.
• Proven track record leading Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce enterprise implementations.
• Experience integrating store ecosystems with Shopee/Lazada via native or middleware connectors.
• Strong understanding of GraphQL APIs and headless architecture for mobile frontends.
• Experience integrating Magento with ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS, WMS, and payment gateways.
• Ability to manage full-cycle SDLC from requirements through SIT, UAT, production with QA/test validation.

Responsibilities

• Own the full SDLC for SG and MY store applications: requirements gathering, technical scoping, build, SIT, UAT support, and go-live.
• Partner with SG and MY business, product, and banner leads to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee internal engineering resources and third-party partners, review proposals, code quality, and SLA delivery.
• Diagnose bottlenecks, optimize queries, improve GraphQL/API performance, and frontend speed metrics.
• Lead architectural design and evaluation of integrations with major marketplaces, ensure robust error handling and real-time sync of inventory, orders, and pricing.
• Provide deep technical authority on Magento GraphQL APIs and headless architecture for native apps.
• Design and oversee API/middleware integrations connecting Magento with ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS, and payment gateways.
• Establish testing standards for SIT/UAT and perform root-cause analysis on production issues.
