The role emphasizes performance optimization, code quality, and mentorship of junior developers as the team embraces modern backend practices in a dynamic, learning‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in computer science or IT-related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Magento applications.
• Strong experience with Node.js backend services and APIs.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases and query optimization.
• Experience building RESTful and GraphQL APIs for Magento/Node.js.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement robust backend systems for e‑commerce on Magento and Node.js.
• Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and third‑party tools.
• Monitor performance and ensure high availability and scalability.
• Design efficient database structures and optimize queries.
• Collaborate with frontend, design, and PM teams to meet requirements.
