Job summary

Dwell Technologies is seeking an Office 365 Level 3 Support Engineer to join our O365 Support & Security team onsite in Malaysia. You will handle the most complex incidents, focusing on security, compliance, and identity protection across Microsoft 365 environments.

You will work with Azure AD, Defender suites, PowerShell automation, and Graph API integrations, collaborating with Microsoft Premier Support and vendors to ensure stable, secure services for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments (1,000+ users).
Expertise in Azure AD/Entra ID, Defender suites, and security best practices (Conditional Access, MFA, DLP).
Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting, and remediation.
Strong knowledge of data governance, compliance, and information protection.
Experience investigating security alerts and incidents within M365.
Hybrid identity solutions and cloud authentication protocols.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
On-site availability during core business hours and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

Deliver expert-level troubleshooting for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Entra ID.
Lead RCA for high-severity security incidents and implement permanent fixes.
Configure and monitor M365 security controls: CA, MFA, DLP, audit logging.
Develop PowerShell scripts and Graph API integrations for automation.
Collaborate with Microsoft support and vendors to resolve issues.
Review tenant configurations against ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST.
Mentor junior engineers on secure configuration practices.
Participate in CAB and risk assessments for M365 changes.
Monitor Service Health and Defender alerts to prevent disruptions.
Support on-call after-hours incidents as required.
