Job summary

Cochlear Malaysia is seeking a Principal Engineer - M365 to own Entra ID operations, design and troubleshoot Conditional Access, and lead SSO integrations for internal and partner apps.

You will work in a hybrid AD/Entra ID environment, applying MFA at scale, scripting with PowerShell, and administering Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.

The role involves incident escalation, root cause analysis, and ongoing platform improvement within Cochlear’s global IT initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
