Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an M&E Coordinator to manage documentation for M&E works, including drawings, method statements, materials, samples, and progress reports. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements on site.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and has at least 5 years of M&E coordination experience in construction, preferably healthcare projects, with strong reading of drawings and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of M&E coordination experience in construction, preferably hospital/healthcare projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Experience in project scheduling and coordinating resources to meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Review M&E drawings for discrepancies with architectural/structural drawings.
• Control and distribute M&E drawings on site for accuracy and alignment with requirements.
• Coordinate, supervise, and monitor M&E subcontractors on site.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, technical specs, and quality standards.
• Lead M&E coordination meetings with subcontractors to discuss progress and resolve issues.
