Job summary

Talent Recruit is seeking a Senior Project Manager (M&E) to oversee multiple industrial construction projects in Kota Damansara and Sg Bakap, Penang. You will lead senior teams, manage clients and contractors, and drive strategic project execution from planning through delivery.

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree with extensive engineering PM experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure on-time, on-budget project success.

Qualifications

Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Extensive experience in project management within the engineering sector with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
Demonstrated leadership of senior-level project teams and stakeholders.
Strong familiarity with industry-standard project management software and methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and oversight for multiple projects to meet quality, deadlines, and budget targets.
Develop and implement project strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market demands.
Lead and mentor project managers and key personnel for professional growth.
Engage with clients, government entities, and contractors to foster strong relationships for project success.
Oversee contract negotiations ensuring terms support project goals and regulatory compliance.
