SHIMIZU CORPORATION seeks an experienced M&E Manager to lead the Mechanical & Electrical team for a major industrial construction project in Banting, Selangor, KL, Penang and Nilai. You will ensure M&E works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to required quality standards.

Responsibilities include leading the M&E team, reviewing drawings and specs, coordinating with subcontractors and clients, monitoring progress, and managing budgets and handover documentation.

• Experience leading M&E teams on industrial projects.
• Strong coordination with subcontractors, consultants and clients.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Lead, supervise and coordinate the on-site M&E team and stakeholders.
• Plan and manage M&E installation works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV).
• Review drawings, specs, method statements and coordination plans.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical/coordination issues, ensure milestones.
• Ensure compliance with specs, safety, and quality standards.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress and cost reports.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspections and handover docs.
• Manage budgets, variations, procurement and subcontractor performance.
