Job summary

DayOne is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead M&E construction across data center facilities in Asia. You will coordinate with site teams, manage budgets and ensure timely delivery from design through commissioning.

The role requires 10+ years in M&E/construction PM, strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, fire protection, and IST testing. Engineering degree and proficiency with MS Project/Office are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management within the M&E or engineering field.
• Data center project experience highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, power systems and fire protection.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full M&E construction lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Lead contract negotiations and monitor budgets and reports.
• Manage relationships with contractors, consultants and authorities.
