Job summary

Sime Darby Property is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Coordinator to manage M&E maintenance, repairs, and asset management across buildings in Pagoh. The role ensures safety, compliance with contract specifications, and KPI-driven operations to support uninterrupted end-user activities.

You will handle CMMS-based complaints, assign and track work orders, monitor closures, and work with external contractors to resolve issues, ensuring timely, quality outcomes for building operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage complaints and service requests from End Users via CMMS or direct communication.
• Assign and coordinate Work Orders to technicians and oversee inspection and rectification work.
• Review updates from technicians and ensure proper closure of work orders in the CMMS.
• Ensure response times and rectification work meet KPIs.
• Investigate major faults or recurring issues and identify root causes.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely completion of work orders and smooth site operations.
• Identify works requiring external expertise and coordinate with contractors when necessary.
