Sunwaypyramid is seeking a technically strong Mechanical & Electrical professional to support the mall’s M&E systems, oversee retailer renovations, AEI projects, and upgrades. The role includes design review, site oversight, and coordination with retailers, consultants, and contractors.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 3–5 years of relevant M&E experience, with strong knowledge of building services and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in M&E engineering, building services, facilities, consultancy, project management or commercial/retail developments.
• Strong technical knowledge in Electrical or Mechanical systems with ability to review drawings and proposals.
• Experience in retail fit-out, AEI or commercial building projects is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Oversee M&E operations, preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency repairs and inspections to ensure reliable building services.
• Provide technical advice and support for retailer renovation, fit-out, AEI and upgrading projects from design through to completion.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications and submissions, providing technical comments to meet mall requirements and standards.
• Monitor and manage M&E projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, cost, safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with retailers, consultants, contractors, authorities and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
