Job summary

Creationz Alliance Group is seeking a skilled M&E Project Engineer to support design review, tendering, and on-site coordination for M&E, plumbing and fire protection works. You will liaise with consultants, project teams and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.

The role requires 3+ years in M&E fit-out design, coordination, and testing & commissioning, with proficiency in AutoCAD or BIM.

Qualifications

Possess a Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Registered with the Professional Engineers Board (IEM, BEM) as added advantage.
Proficient in reading technical drawings and M&E systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, ELV).

Responsibilities

Coordinate and review M&E Consultants’ designs and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Assist in tenders for M&E, plumbing and fire protection systems; advise on value engineering and compliance.
Plan, monitor and coordinate M&E, plumbing and fire protection works with other disciplines to avoid clashes and align with project schedule.
Review design drawings, specs and method statements for constructability and practicality; ensure proper documentation and approvals.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems; assist in defect rectification and close-out.
Prepare monthly progress reports; manage commercial aspects (BQ), site meetings and CO/VO administration.
