Job summary

Sinergia Talents Sdn Bhd is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to join a lean consulting engineering team. You will design ACMV, fire protection, plumbing & sanitary, and mechanical ventilation systems, and perform heat load calculations and equipment sizing.

The role requires a degree in mechanical engineering and 3–5 years' M&E consultancy or contractor experience with strong design exposure. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Revit MEP is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years' experience in M&E consultancy or contractor with strong design exposure.
• BEM Graduate Engineer registration.
• Hands-on ACMV design experience.
• Experience with Bomba (JBPM) submissions.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Added Advantage: Revit MEP, working towards Ir., IEM membership or green building experience.

Responsibilities

• Design ACMV, fire protection, plumbing & sanitary, and mechanical ventilation systems.
• Perform heat load calculations and equipment sizing.
• Prepare drawings, calculations, tender documents and BQ.
• Handle Bomba (JBPM) submissions.
• Conduct site inspections, testing & commissioning through to handover.
• Manage design packages with minimal supervision.
