Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive Operations (Logistics) to manage end-to-end shipping and logistics documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth cross-department coordination.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics, a diploma or degree, and strong Mandarin communication. You will optimize truck loads, plan routes, and contribute to cost control while collaborating closely with sales and service teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree required in logistics, supply chain or related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse management experience in logistics/manufacturing.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Mandarin language proficiency for client communication.
• Strong problem solving, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of shipping and logistics documents for compliance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales to resolve issues.
• Organize truck loads and routing schedules for efficiency and profitability.
• Review import/export documents for contract terms and approvals.
• Demonstrate problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ensure effective two-way communication with departments on vehicle logistics.
• Carry out regular vehicle gate checks for continued compliance.
• Liaise with transporters to plan deliveries with minimum failure.
• Allocate jobs to drivers with thorough information and paperwork.
• Control costs via route planning and monitoring driver location.
• Arrange insurer adjusters for cargo damage to mitigate risk.
• Prepare logistics reports for upper management.
• Oversee operational control, costs, and budget preparation.
