Job summary

Sitecore in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Lead Developer with strong C# and modern .NET Framework experience. You will lead technical discussions, implementation, and build solutions on Sitecore XM Cloud while collaborating with Architect and Product teams across Europe and Kuala Lumpur.

You’ll design, develop, maintain, and ship components, mentor teammates, and ensure scalable, secure deployments within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core/.NET 8.
• Experience with Docker, AKS, Kubernetes Helm Charts for deploying Sitecore systems.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions (Microsoft Azure) and containerized deployments.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD setup, especially GitHub workflows.
• Experience with NoSQL DB, especially Azure Cosmos DB.
• Experience with messaging systems (Confluent Kafka).
• Capable of optimizing software performance using profiling tools.
• Strong understanding of authorization (OAuth 2.0).
• Experience in designing WebAPI/REST APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with multithreading, DI, data structures, and LINQ.
• Unit and integration testing, and Terraform Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation of team projects.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of solutions.
• Monitor CI/CD pipelines and drive continuous improvement.
• Design, develop, maintain, and ship components for Sitecore XM Cloud.
• Write high-quality C# and .NET Core code.
• Clarify user stories, acceptance criteria, and task breakdowns to deliver business value.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable delivery.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps for deployments.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
