Qualifications

• 8+ years of cross-functional team leadership experience.
• 8+ years in curriculum development or learning design.
• 6+ years working with e-learning providers or digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define the learning strategy, design standards, and experience principles across the portfolio.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of learning products from research to productisation with market fit and revenue impact.
• Drive commercialisation of learning solutions including market analysis, client engagement, pricing strategies, and adoption.
