A global project management company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Learning and Development Specialist. This role focuses on designing and managing initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance, aligning growth with company objectives. The candidate will communicate regional strategies, develop L&D offerings, and evaluate training effectiveness. Ideal applicants will have 8+ years experience in L&D, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work cross-functionally within complex organizations.

Reporting to the APAC L&D Associate Director, this role supports the APAC L&D Associate Director to design, implement, and manage learning initiatives and programs to boost employee skills, performance, and career growth, aligning individual development with company goals by identifying skill gaps, creating materials, delivering training, and evaluating effectiveness, acting as a key link between HR and strategic business needs across Asia.
