Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Lean Transformation Lead to provide Lean expertise across value streams, guiding development, documentation, implementation, and validation of continuous improvement. You will coach teams, facilitate Kaizen events, and drive aggressive throughput time reductions while embedding Lean principles and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 to 2 years experience as QE, IE, Planner, Line Manager or equivalent position.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Bronze Certified by Jabil or by recognized organizations in the industry (e.g. ASQ, SME, Shingo Prize)
• Experience in change management, project management, and financial management

Responsibilities

• Value Stream Alignment with Lean Vision and Strategy: Align value streams with Lean vision and strategy.
• Provide coaching and support on value stream design sessions, project identification, and prioritization.
• Monitor, coach, and continuously improve Value Stream transformation initiatives to reduce throughput time.
• Lead Kaizen Events along a value stream and develop Lean culture across the site.
• Work with value stream owners to develop people development through Kaizen Events, Blitzes, and Lean projects.
• Develop an internal network for best-practice sharing using eKaizen.
• Be a coach in Bronze Certification projects and mentoring sessions; participate in Lean Silver Certification.
• Foster respect and humility through mentoring and coaching; promote Lean journey across site.
• Align with Finance to reflect Lean projects in financial processes; ensure measurement via eKaizen metrics.
