Job summary

Celestica Inc. in Penang, Malaysia seeks a Senior Lead Engineer, Software to lead switch silicon SDK development and integration for data center networking switches. You will port merchant silicon SDKs across multiple Network Operating Systems, drive SDK architecture decisions and support hardware bring-up with HW/SI/QA teams.

You will mentor engineers, review requirements, and deliver robust SDK solutions while advocating best practices and continuous improvement in an Agile-like environment.

Qualifications

Lead the design, development and implementation of technical solutions in multiple domains.
Provide technical leadership and direction to a team of engineers.
Lead the porting of switch silicon SDKs under different Network Operating Systems (ONL/SONiC/CentOS, etc.).
Develop SDK test scripts and APIs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, users, project managers and other engineers including Peer-Reviews.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development and implementation of technical solutions in multiple domains.
Provide technical leadership and direction to a team of engineers.
Review, interpret and negotiate customer requirements/specifications and provide feedback.
Lead the deployment of strategic programs and coordinate site-wide deployment efforts.
