Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a seasoned leader to manage large and complex projects from Tendering through Execution. You’ll drive day-to-day operations, ensuring the scope is delivered as planned while maintaining safety, quality, and budget targets.

You will forecast, manage risks, and work with functional leads to secure successful project execution across global environments. Travel and strong leadership with clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project execution, especially in large/complex system projects.
• Strong knowledge of Grid and Power Quality sectors.
• Experience managing end-to-end Operations processes across multicultural environments.
• Willingness to travel and lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and complex projects from Tendering to Execution.
• Ensure delivery on scope, forecast, risk and financials.
• Drive safe, on-time, on-quality, on-margin execution and cash delivery.
• Improve GM at portfolio level and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Plan, monitor, and control activities with efficient resource use.
• Manage project financials to maintain margins and cash flow.
• Capture opportunities for customer satisfaction and project growth.
• Ensure compliance with global/local standards and risk management.
