Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. seeks a Site Manager to lead on-site activities for HV installations and substations, coordinating with project teams, customers and contractors to meet contract specs, schedule and safety standards.

Requires a bachelor’s in electrical engineering, 3–5 years’ site management experience, HSE and contracts knowledge, Primavera P6 and MS Office, and fluent English; must be based at the project site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• 3–5 years as Site Manager for high-voltage works.
• Lead on-site delivery with focus on safety and schedules.
• Knowledge of HSE, contracts management, and O&M.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Office; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site activities to ensure cost-effective delivery and contract compliance.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, customers and contractors to meet safety, schedule and quality targets.
• Manage site personnel, subcontractors and daily field operations.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting and lessons learnt are captured.
