Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a seasoned leader to manage large and complex projects from Tendering through Execution. You’ll drive day-to-day operations, ensuring the scope is delivered as planned while maintaining safety, quality, and budget targets.
You will forecast, manage risks, and work with functional leads to secure successful project execution across global environments. Travel and strong leadership with clear communication are essential for success.
Reporting to the HBU Manager, you will lead the Large and Complex projects managed at HBU level, from Tendering to Execution, being responsible of running the day-to-day Operation and to achieve customer expectations through lean, faultless operational execution.
You will provide leadership for the projects within your portfolio, being responsible for ensuring the overall scope is delivered as planned, taking ownership for the forecast, risk and financial results, whilst also working closely with functional leads to secure overall project execution safely on time, on quality, within budget and to full customer satisfaction.
