Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Project Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities across the project lifecycle, from tendering to execution. You will work closely with project teams, engineering and suppliers to balance cost, quality and schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in a related field and 5+ years in project procurement within electrical infrastructure or EPC, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project procurement or supply chain.
• Experience across tendering, procurement, execution and delivery.
• Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure, EPC, power transmission.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities through the project lifecycle.
• Develop Tender Sourcing Plans during bid phase and PPP after award.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, commercial teams and suppliers.
• Lead supplier negotiations and placement of purchase orders.
• Monitor supplier performance and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Track project supply chain metrics including savings and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy policies and external regulations.
