Job summary

Lancesoft APAC is seeking an experienced professional to provide Level 3 (L3) support for Core Banking applications, focusing on Investment & Wealth systems. The role involves troubleshooting complex production issues, enhancing system performance, and ensuring the stability of mission-critical banking applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong .NET development experience, expertise in SQL/MS-SQL, and hands-on L3 incident management.

Qualifications

• Must have strong .NET development experience.
• Proficient in SQL and MS-SQL database management.
• Hands-on L3 production support experience (incident mgmt, debugging, RCA).
• Mandatory experience with Investment & Wealth systems.
• Familiarity with Windows and open systems environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for Core Banking applications related to Investment & Wealth.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical and functional issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with L1/L2 support teams and business stakeholders.
• Develop and deploy bug fixes, patches, and minor enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
• Maintain documentation for incidents, solutions, and system changes.
• Support database-related troubleshooting and optimization using MS-SQL.
