Job summary

Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a Customer Manager to deliver accelerated sales and market share targets by creating, selling and executing the category commercial elements of the Customer Joint Business Plan with the customer. You will build Nestlé's reputation in the customer and ensure Nestlé policies are applied in all dealings.

A day in the life includes developing annual account plans, selling a range of Nestlé products, and maintaining strong customer relationships to meet targets and resolve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of commercial experience, preferably with knowledge of Nestlé, retailing and retail customers.
• Experience with CDT background is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, agree and implement the annual account development plan / JBP for required categories.
• Sell range of Nestlé products to designated account to meet sales and profit targets and market share objectives within the agreed GTS budget.
• Drive business relationship with account, understand the customers' business and ensure customer intimacy.
• Maintain close and frequent contact with all necessary personnel within customer and Nestlé to resolve challenges, issues and queries.
