Job summary

AirAsia is seeking a Senior Executive, Jira Technical Specialist to own Atlassian administration, CMDB automation, and end-to-end Jira/Confluence implementations. You will manage L2/L3 support, configure CMDB schemas, and integrate Jira with external systems to enable automated workflows.

The role requires 4–6 years in Atlassian environments, ITIL knowledge, and strong scripting abilities. Based at RedQ ICT department, you will drive operational excellence and enterprise apps governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
4–6 years in Atlassian admin, project delivery and support.
Deep experience with JSM Assets/Insight CMDB schemas.
Strong ITIL knowledge—Incident, Change, and Problem management.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and optimize Jira CMDB schemas and assets.
Automate discovery and import of CIs into CMDB via REST APIs.
Integrate CMDB with JSM workflows for incident, change, and problem management.
Lead end-to-end Jira/Confluence implementations, migrations, and consolidations.
Own daily L2/L3 operations across Jira, JSM, and Confluence with SLA discipline.
Develop custom Jira spaces, fields, workflows, and permission schemes.
Script automation using ScriptRunner/Python to drive business logic.
Integrate Jira with third-party tools via REST/Webhooks for improvements.
