Ambition is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Java) to lead the full-cycle delivery of API-driven platforms and modern web applications. You will own architecture, guide implementation, and ensure secure, scalable delivery across a global team.

You'll balance technical depth with leadership, collaborating with stakeholders to translate UX goals into solid engineering solutions while championing code quality and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Java development experience with Java 17 or 21.
• Experience building front-end with React.
• Proficient in REST API design and Spring Boot.
• Understanding of secure, cloud-native application development.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of API-driven platforms and web applications.
• Architect and deliver robust REST-based APIs with scalability, performance, and security in mind.
• Serve as the technical authority for design decisions and translate UX ambitions into actionable engineering solutions.
• Champion engineering best practices, CI/CD, and secure delivery across a global team.
• Contribute to strategic technology decisions in collaboration with cross-regional teams.
