Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years Java development, with at least 2 years in large-scale distributed system architecture.
• Strong expertise in Java concurrency, JVM tuning, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, microservices, Dubbo, Kafka/RocketMQ, Redis, Elasticsearch, Netty, and WebSocket.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, CAP/BASE theory, service governance, and high availability architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve scalable distributed architectures with high availability, disaster recovery, and multi-region active-active deployment.
• Collaborate with Product and QA teams to design, develop, and deliver core backend services.
• Lead architecture design and develop critical system components.
• Drive performance optimization across JVM, databases, middleware, and application code.
• Define technical roadmaps, architecture standards, and engineering best practices.
• Research and introduce emerging technologies such as AI and Web3 where applicable.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer to design and build the core backend infrastructure powering a global trading platform. This role focuses on architecting high-performance, low-latency distributed systems capable of supporting large-scale concurrent trading while driving the long-term technical direction of the platform.

• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, microservices, Dubbo, Kafka/RocketMQ, Redis, Elasticsearch, Netty, and WebSocket.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, CAP/BASE theory, service governance, and high availability architecture.
• Proven experience building high-concurrency systems handling 10,000+ TPS/QPS.
• Deep understanding of trading platform architecture, including matching engines, market data, low-latency communication, and financial-grade consistency.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.

Mandatory Requirement

• Experience building core systems for securities, derivatives, or cryptocurrency trading platforms, supporting 10,000+ TPS in production.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing end-to-end architecture for trading platform modules such as Order Management, Matching Engine, Risk Control, Clearing & Settlement, Market Data, or Real-time Push Services.
