Hytech is seeking an experienced .NET backend lead in Malaysia to own core modules for high-throughput systems. You will design, implement, and deploy highly available services, focusing on transaction processing and real-time data feeds.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in C# backend development, strong multi-threading and async programming skills, and a track record in latency-sensitive environments. Collaboration across teams, performance tuning, and API integrations are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Design and implement system solutions for order‑processing or workflow‑orchestration platforms, from architecture to deployment, with ongoing performance tuning to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Participate in architectural design and solution reviews, troubleshoot complex production incidents, and continuously enhance system high availability.
• Write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, produce technical documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integration milestones.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, support project delivery, and develop third‑party integrations, plugins, or API interfaces as needed.

Requirements
