Job summary

You will lead and train Junior Commis Chefs, monitor portions and waste, and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness and safety to support a professional dining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Japanese cuisine or fusion preferred.
• Experience leading and training junior kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes within the speciality section.
• Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
• Assisting with the management of health and safety.
• Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices.
