Job summary

MoneyHero Limited is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to deliver end-to-end technical support, IT asset management, and service delivery for end users across our international operations. You will own day-to-day requests, maintain asset records, coordinate with vendors, and support security and compliance activities.

The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting, excellent communication in English, and the ability to manage a high volume of requests with robust documentation and SLA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS is required.
• Experience with IAM/IdP platforms and ITSM tools preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues remotely.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support across multiple markets.
• Manage IT assets and lifecycle, including procurement and disposal.
• Maintain documentation in ITSM systems and Confluence.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for escalations.
• Support security, access reviews, and compliance activities.
