Job summary

MoneyHero Limited is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to deliver end-to-end user support, manage IT assets, and handle service delivery across the organization. You will own day-to-day support requests, document resolutions, and coordinate with vendors for asset procurement and lifecycle management.

The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong communication, and the ability to handle high-volume requests while ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in IT support or service desk roles is desirable.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end IT support for end users across the organization.
• Set up and manage laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Diagnose hardware, OS, software, connectivity issues; provide remote support.
• Manage IT assets, procurement, deployment, and lifecycle records.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, including account provisioning and access revocation.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ITSM system.
• Maintain SLA compliance and generate service reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and HR for onboarding/offboarding matters.
