Job summary

DKSH is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage programs from initiation to closure, adhering to DKSH Group IT Project Methodology. You will track scope, timeline, cost and quality to meet business expectations.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor partners, apply Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methods, and develop mandatory documentation. This role requires strong stakeholder management and proven delivery of complex projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or Hybrid environments.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT programs/projects from initiation through execution and closure.
• Drive projects using Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Prepare and plan projects across scope, timeline, cost, and quality dimensions; obtain approvals.
• Develop mandatory project documentation (Business Case, Project Charter, Project Plan, Test Plan, Lessons Learned).
• Lead cross-functional teams and vendor partners in project preparation, execution, and delivery.
• Manage end-to-end project execution to ensure successful outcomes.
