Job summary

EPF Malaysia invites applications for an IT Project Manager to lead digital and non-digital projects aligned with corporate strategy. You will manage both waterfall and agile initiatives, develop plans and budgets, gather requirements, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and communicating milestones and risks clearly. Candidate must have extensive SDLC/Agile experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in coordinating and managing complex IT projects.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and programs in financial services or enterprise environments.
Proven ability to manage vendors, procurement, and contracts across multi-project portfolios.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage digital and non-digital projects per SDLC or Agile.
Supervise implementation of applications projects to meet requirements, cost, time and benefits.
Develop and manage project plans and budgets; coordinate requirements and approvals.
Communicate milestones, risks and status updates to stakeholders.
Organise PSC and PWC meetings and prepare approval papers for initiatives.
